Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage front office duties including answering calls, handling correspondence, and welcomingvisitors.
- Maintain and update filing systems, records, and databases.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute documents, reports, and meeting materials. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in procurement, inventory, and office supply management.Support HR, finance, andmanagement with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field
- At least 1 year experience in a fast-paced environment that showcased organizationandkeenness to detail
- Knowledge in handling and following up on court cases, insurance and immigrationmatters
- Discreet individual, able to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and calendar organization tools
