The key deliverable for the role is to grow the company’s business though acquisition, development and maintenance of a strong and profitable business portfolio as per the projected targets. This will involve identification of new business opportunities; identification and recruitment of Brokers, Agents and Independent clients; and all operations related to maintenance of the business.
Qualifications;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
- Progress in certification in Insurance (CII or IIK).
- At least 3 years insurance industry experience at least one of which should in Medical Business Development.
- Experience in Tender management.
