What This Role Is About
You will be trained and deployed into real sales and marketing work, with a strong focus on:
- Event delegate sales
- Membership growth support
- Client engagement and follow-ups
- You will be expected to sell, follow up, close, and deliver results.
What You Will Deliver
- Drive event delegate sales through structured outreach and follow-ups Support membership recruitment and renewals
- Build and maintain a sales pipeline (leads → conversion)
- Assist in sponsorship prospecting and proposal follow-ups Support event marketing campaigns and client experience
- Contribute to post-event feedback and conversion improvement
Who We Are Looking For
You are:
- Comfortable with targets, numbers, and rejection Naturally persuasive and confident in conversations
- Disciplined with follow-ups (you don’t disappear after one call)
- Curious, coachable, and hungry to grow
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Bonus if you:
- Have exposure to sales, marketing, or business development
- Understand CRM tools or are willing to learn fast
