Job Summary
Platinum Credit Ltd is seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resource Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting organizational development through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Ensure compliance with Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices
- Maintain HR records and handle confidential information
- Support performance management and staff development initiatives
- Provide guidance and counseling to employees
- Collaborate with management to improve workplace culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Valid practicing certificate from IHRM
