Senior Procurement Officer

We are seeking a highly driven Senior Procurement Officer to lead strategic sourcing and oversee procurement operations. This role is responsible for ensuring cost-effective purchasing, optimal supplier performance, and a consistent, reliable supply of goods and services to support our continued growth

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to optimize cost, quality, and delivery outcomes.
• Manage and develop relationships with both local and international suppliers.
• Negotiate contracts and drive commercial value across procurement categories.
• Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from RFQ to delivery.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate import processes, including documentation and logistics.
• Monitor supplier performance and implement continuous improvements.
• Support budgeting, cost analysis, and reporting.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant procurement experience, with exposure to international sourcing.
• Professional certification (CIPS/KISM)will be an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation skill and effective supplier relationship management.
• Proven experience in import processes and regulatory compliance.
• High level of integrity, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
