ADRA Kenya is looking for a dynamic and qualified Admin/HR Manager to lead its Human Resource and Administrative functions. This is your chance to make a meaningful impact by shaping a thriving and compliant workplace, fostering employee engagement, and supporting organizational growth.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading HR policy development and compliance
- Overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and performance management
- Coordinating payroll and staff welfare
- Supervising admin operations and supporting travel logistics
- Leading safeguarding and protection efforts,
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Management
- IHRM membership (Kenya)
- 3+ years’ HR experience (2+ in an INGO preferred)
- Strong understanding of Kenya labor laws.
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
