Newark Frontiers is looking for an experienced Business Development Officer to lead our market growth, customer acquisition, and revenue generation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct market research & competitor analysis
Build & maintain a database of potential customers
Drive monthly KPIs for sales, disbursement & collections
Prepare & present weekly business performance reports

We’re Looking For:

Diploma/Degree in Business-related field
2+ years experience in sales/marketing (microfinance experience is a plus)
Strong customer relations & analytical skills
Computer literacy & integrity
