What you will do:
- Manage branding and marketing activities for device financing in Kenya.
- Manage partnerships with OEMs and other relevant partners in Kenya.
- Support dealer operations in close collaboration with Head of Sales and Operations Manager
- Manage and prepare high level reporting for Head of Device Financing and other high level stakeholders.
- Manage offering to dealers and other relevant stakeholders in close collaboration with other stakeholders.
What you will need:
- Should have 3+ years of operational experience, ideally in fintech, telecom, handset distribution, or retail finance.
- Hands-on experience managing logistics, customer service, or credit operations.
- Familiarity with the mobile phone supply chain is a strong plus.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized with excellent problem-solving and execution skills.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with dashboards and KPIs.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
