Key Responsibilities
Graphic Design
- Develop visually compelling designs for digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, presentations, and advertisements.
- Ensure all creative assets align with the company’s branding and communication strategy.
Videography & Video Editing
- Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for marketing campaigns, project showcases, and client testimonials.
- Edit raw footage into engaging visual content using professional video editing software.
Photography
- Capture high-resolution images of projects, company events, and team activities for marketing and promotional purposes.
- Maintain visual consistency and quality in all photographic content.
Content Creation
- Develop creative digital content for social media, website updates, and email marketing campaigns.
- Stay up to date with industry trends to ensure innovative and relevant content production.
3D Rendering (Optional)
- Support the creation of interior design renders and visual mock-ups to assist with project presentations.
Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to develop and execute visual content strategies.
- Manage multiple creative projects while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CapCut, and Canva.
- Strong videography and photography skills, with experience in composition, lighting, and post-production.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or After Effects.
- Ability to conceptualize and execute high-impact visual campaigns.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Bonus: Experience with 3D rendering software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender) is an added advantage
