About Us: We are dedicated to fostering upward social mobility in diverse communities by providing credit access to entrepreneurs who are often excluded from traditional banking. Through a combination of asset financing, fintech innovations, AI-based underwriting, and proprietary car portals, we empower local entrepreneurs, such as motorcycle taxi riders, Uber/Bolt drivers, and small business owners, to purchase their own vehicles and obtain loans to expand their businesses.

We are looking for a Data Analyst to help achieve profitable growth in this fast-developing market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in by interpreting data from our CRM and external databases during the implementation of new projects
  • Help the business understand product and process performance by extracting data and delivering actionable insights
  • Use data-driven analysis to propose improvements in product setup and operational processes
  • Build automated dashboards and reports to promote company-wide understanding of key metrics (we use Power BI and Redash.io)
  • Analyze operational activities and performance, primarily in sales and debt collection
  • Conduct A/B testing across departments to identify more effective ways to achieve results
  • Assist the team with technical or data-related challenges

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or Business
  • Proven experience in data analysis or business analytics, preferably within fintech, lending, or other data-driven industries
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into strategic insights
  • Proficiency in SQL (basic level required; intermediate or higher preferred)
  • Demonstrated interest in data analytics, ideally supported by relevant training, coursework, or certifications (e.g., in SQL, Power BI, or general data analysis)
  • Self-driven and proactive mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and a problem-solving attitude
