NW Realite Valuers & Property Consultants is inviting applications for the position of Data Analyst Intern. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates passionate about data-driven insights and analytics in the real estate and business environment.
Monthly Stipend: KES 20,000
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources (surveys, databases, spreadsheets, APIs).
- Analyse business performance, market trends, and user behaviour using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
- Create insightful dashboards and visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, or Excel). Prepare clear, concise reports that communicate findings to management and clients.
- Maintain and update company databases while ensuring data integrity and security.
- Provide data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Fresh graduate in Data Science, Statistics, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or Computer Science.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and SQL.
- Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) or R.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
- Strong numerical and analytical ability.
- High attention to detail, curiosity, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- (Bonus) Understanding of the real estate industry or prior exposure to business analytics projects.
