Data Analyst – Operations Team
Location: Artcaffé Coffee & Bakery Limited
As a Data Analyst at Artcaffe, you will play a key role in analyzing operational data to identify trends, optimize processes, and support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with the Operations team to gather, analyze, and interpret data, providing actionable insights that enhance efficiency, improve customer experiences, and contribute to the overall success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze operational data from various sources (e.g., sales, inventory, customer feedback, etc.).
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Google Studio and Google Sheets to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Structure and classify large amounts of disorganized data into meaningful and actionable formats.
- Integrate Al tools and techniques to improve and streamline daily decision-making processes.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights that drive operational improvements and business growth.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to implement data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct root cause analysis to address operational challenges and recommend actionable solutions.
- Support the development of forecasting models to aid in inventory management, staffing, and resource allocation.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Potentially support retail analytics initiatives, working closely with Laura and other team. members.
- Lead and mentor small teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
- Convert complex data into easily readable formats, ensuring accessibility for non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the hospitality, retail, or food and beverage industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Studio, Google Sheets, Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to integrate Al tools and techniques to enhance decision-making processes.
- Experience in retail analytics is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to lead small teams and collaborate effectively across departments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
