Luton Hospital is seeking a creative and driven Digital Content Assistant to join our Business Development team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about visual storytelling, graphic design, and digital marketing in the healthcare space.
You will play a key role in producing engaging graphics, videos, and digital content to promote our services, enhance brand visibility, and support strategic campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Design eye-catching graphics for social media, newsletters, posters, and more.
- Shoot and edit videos for campaigns, events, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content ideas.
- Help manage and update content across the website and social media platforms.
- Attend hospital events to capture photo and video content.
- Maintain organized archives of visual assets.
- Ensure all designs follow Luton Hospital’s brand guidelines.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in Graphic Design, Multimedia Production, Film/Video Editing, Communication, or related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, or similar tools.
- Basic video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).
- Photography/videography skills are a plus.
- Detail-oriented, creative, and able to meet deadlines.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
