We are looking for a skilled and creative Digital Marketing Associate to lead and implement effective digital strategies that promote our brand and those of our subsidiaries. This full-time role is responsible for driving online engagement, developing compelling content, managing our digital presence, and supporting public relations efforts to enhance brand awareness and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop and execute high-quality, brand-aligned digital content for websites, blogs, social media and mainstream media platforms, email campaigns, and presentations.
- Tailor messaging for diverse audiences and platforms, showcasing each subsidiary’s unique strengths and value propositions.
- Oversee the planning and production of biannual publications for the company.
- Social Media & Community Management
- Strategically manage and grow the organization’s social media presence through content planning, publishing, community engagement, and trend monitoring.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly to maintain active community engagement.
- Public Relations Management
- Support the development and execution of digital public relations campaigns, including drafting press releases and managing media interactions.
- Monitor online mentions and reviews, and contribute to strategies to protect and strengthen the organization’s online reputation.
- Effectively manage communications regarding internal and external issues
- Website & SEO Management
- Collaborate with the web development team to ensure website content is upto-date, optimized for search engines, and aligned with user experience best practices.
- Apply SEO strategies to enhance content visibility and drive web traffic.
- Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze website, email, and social media metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and platform-specific dashboards.
- Generate performance reports and insights to inform continuous improvement and guide marketing decisions.
- Brand Consistency & Content Quality
- Proofread, edit, and refine all content to ensure accuracy, grammatical precision, and alignment with brand guidelines and tone as well as consistent good quality.
- Market & Trend Research
- Keep up-to-date with the latest relevant trends in digital marketing, social media, SEO, and content creation to ensure strategies remain current and competitive.
Technical Skills & Tools
- Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) for publishing and managing digital content.
- Experience using social media scheduling and management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
- Ability to analyze and interpret data and present findings using analytics and visualization tools and generate performance reports.
- Proven experience in using graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and basic video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, iMovie).
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact) and newsletter distribution strategies.
- Working knowledge of SEO principles and digital content optimization.
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of professional experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency.
- High integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
