Digital Marketing/ Graphic Designer
Job objective
- We are seeking a creative, innovative, and results-driven Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, creating engaging visual content, managing social media platforms, and strengthening the company’s online brand presence.
Your tasks and responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter).
- Create high-quality digital content including graphics, videos, photography, articles, and promotional materials.
- Manage and grow online communities through active audience engagement and timely responses.
- Design layouts and communication materials for websites, social media, advertisements, and other marketing platforms.
- Manage website updates, digital campaigns, and online advertising initiatives.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, website traffic, engagement metrics, and provide regular reports.
- Work closely with the Sales team to develop and optimise promotional content.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity, messaging, and visual presentation across all platforms.
- Monitor online discussions and professionally manage customer feedback and brand reputation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, graphic design, and website administration.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, HTML, HTML5, and CSS.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, campaign management, and content development.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and organisational skills.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects effectively.
