About the Role:

The Electric Digital Paid Media & Analytics Specialist will play a crucial role in developing and executing performance- driven media campaigns. This role requires a dynamic, digital analytical and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in executing successful customer targeted digital campaigns through the correct digital media buy channels selection, relevant to the target audience. In addition, this individual links budget spend and digital advertising to leads & sales conversion. Reporting directly to the Regional Marketing individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating digital marketing campaigns & initiatives that drive consumer engagement and sales growth.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

Paid Media Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and execute performance-driven paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
  • Conduct keyword research and target audience to refine campaign performance.
  • Work closely with the digital content specialist and creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.

Performance Tracking & Optimization:

  • Continuously monitor ad performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, CAC) and provide insights for campaign optimization.
  • Analyze Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other ad dashboards to track conversions and user behavior.
  • Optimize bidding strategies, placements, and customer targeting parameters for better results.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports with actionable recommendations.

Retargeting & Conversion Optimization:

  • Implement remarketing strategies to re-engage users and boost conversions.
  • Optimize landing pages and ad creatives to improve conversion rates.
  • Leverage lookalike audiences and custom targeting to expand reach and acquisition.

Trend Analysis & Experimentation:

  • Stay updated with digital advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices.
  • Experiment with new ad formats, placements, and campaign types to find innovative ways to improve performance.
  • Research competitors and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.

Collaboration & Budget Management:

  • Work with the content and creative teams to ensure paid campaigns align with brand messaging.
  • Manage media buying budgets efficiently and track campaign ROI.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for budget approvals and spending reports.

 Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital paid media or performance marketing.
  • Proven expertise in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Display Networks.
  • Strong understanding of campaign optimization, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
  • Ability to interpret ad performance data and generate actionable insights.
  • Experience with A/B testing, retargeting strategies, and conversion rate optimization.
