About EACC
The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) is established under Section 3 of the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Act, No. 22 of 2011, in line with Article 79 of the Constitution of Kenya. The Commission’s mandate is to combat and prevent corruption and economic crimes through law enforcement, preventive measures, public education, and the promotion of ethics and integrity in public service.
