About the Organization

The Football Federation is seeking to recruit highly qualified, experienced, and dedicated professionals for various senior and technical roles to support its mission of developing, promoting, and regulating football in Kenya.

Successful candidates will play a key role in driving financial sustainability, commercial growth, technical development, event professionalism, and institutional integrity in line with international football governance standards.

Key Positions Available

A total of 11 critical positions are open for recruitment, reporting directly to the General Secretary/Chief Executive Officer or respective department heads:

1. Chief Finance Officer (CFO)
2. Commercial Director
3. Chief Security Officer (CSO)
4. Integrity Officer
5. Legal Officer
6. Events Officer
7. Leagues & Competitions Officer
8. National Grassroots Football Coordinator
9. Branch Liaison Officer
10. Secretary
11. Safeguarding Officer

General Qualifications & Experience

While specific requirements vary by position, applicants should generally possess:

• A relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in fields such as Finance, Marketing, Law, Sports Management, or Criminology.
• Professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent) for finance-related roles.
• 5–10 years of progressive experience, including at least 5 years in a senior management or leadership role for director-level positions.
• Sound understanding of FIFA/CAF regulations, statutes, and governance frameworks.
• A proven record of success in areas such as sponsorship, event coordination, or financial management.
