Responsibilities and Duties
- Review of Trade partner claims/incentives by checking for correctness and compliance of the documents provided prior to approval.
- Support the sales and marketing team with processing stock issues in Syspro.
- Preparation of an expense management report to be circulated to the Sales and Marketing team on a bi weekly basis.
- Perform analysis on actual expenditure versus budget, monitor committed obligations with vendors and Promotional stock values.
- Assess the financial viability of proposed trade offers by monitoring the return on investment.
- Support with set up of approved offer in Syspro and liaise with the customer service team upon completion of these set ups.
- Monitor the budget allocation for all trade activities.
- Support the Business Controller with any other assigned tasks
- All tasks will be performed in liaison with the Business Controller
Competencies
- Knowledge and experience working with M-Suites preferable Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Experience working with any ERP system is desirable
Minimum Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or business related field.
- Professional qualification in Accounting/Finance
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience is an added advantage
