We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance & Procurement Manager to oversee financial operations and procurement functions across the organization. The role will be responsible for budgeting, financial reporting, cost control, and ensuring efficient sourcing and supply of materials to support project and operational needs.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and management reports
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and cost controls across departments and projects
- Lead procurement processes, including sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and services to support project execution
- Maintain and enforce financial and procurement policies, procedures, and controls
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies as required.
- Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong supplier relationships
- Support management in financial planning and decision-making
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Procurement, or a related field
- Professional qualification (CPA/ACCA or equivalent) is required
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in finance and procurement related roles
- Experience in project-based or operational environments (telecom/energy/infrastructure is an added advantage)
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and procurement processes
- Proficiency in accounting systems and Zoho Inventory, Projects, CRM & Expense
