We are seeking a dynamic NextGen Fundraising Concepts Lead to join our global team as a key member of the Global Fundraising Support Team. You will play a central role in the NextGen Programme, contributing to its strategic direction and collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape and implement the future of our fundraising programme.

The Person
- We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven individual with a relevant university degree (in business, digital marketing, marketing, innovation, or equivalent experience) and a proven track record in leading innovative, complex fundraising projects across multiple markets.
- You should have excellent project management abilities, experience executing cutting-edge fundraising strategies, and a strong understanding of data analysis to drive decision-making.
- Your background should include leading change management processes and fostering relationships with diverse stakeholders at all levels. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills, and be comfortable hosting public speaking engagements.
- A strategic, creative problem-solver with the ability to simplify complex concepts and implement efficient systems, you’ll be adept at engaging and enthusing multilevel stakeholders while leading through influence. Experience in an international working environment is essential.
