What will you do?
- Participate in the installation and commissioning of Schneider Electric systems, including electrical, electronic, and mechanical components.
- Support inspection, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs, gaining practical experience in field service operations.
- Learn to read and interpret technical documentation such as blueprints, schematics, and specifications.
- Get hands-on exposure to new systems and product launches, understanding their features and applications.
- Develop skills in record-keeping and documentation to support service activities.
- Assist in material planning, cost estimation, inventory management, and job tracking for various projects.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned, contributing to team success and personal growth.

Who will you report to?
- As a Graduate Service Representative Trainee, you will report directly to the Service Operations Manager and work closely with the Field Service Team, including experienced Service Technicians and Engineers.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering & Computer Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Graduated or expecting to graduate in the 2025 academic year.
- Available and committed to working onsite, with a strong interest in hands-on, field-based technical work.
