GRN Clerk at Powerstar

Powerstar is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable GRN Clerk to join its team. The successful candidates will be responsible for accurately recording goods received into the system, ensuring all deliveries are accounted for, and supporting the inventory control process.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming deliveries.
- Accurately generate and process Goods Received Notes (GRNs).
- Match delivery notes with purchase orders and report any discrepancies.
- Ensure that all items are correctly labeled and stored.
- Liaise with the Branch Manager and Finance Department to resolve any stock or invoice queries.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Assist with stock takes and inventory audits.
Education Requirements
Diploma and above in any of the following fields:
- Logistics
- Supply Chain Management
- Warehouse Management
- Business Administration
- Accounts background or CPA II
