GSC Seed Lab Intern
About the Role
You will execute seed sampling and testing, machine and equipment management, seed laboratory data collection, and the cleaning/arrangement of the seed laboratory. This is a paid internship role and will report to GSC Seed Lab Technician. This is a full-time job onsite at Tupande Kakamega Seed Lab.
Responsibilities
- Support in the daily seed sampling and testing at the Lab.
- Support in seeds recertification process.
- Support in general smooth running of the lab.
- Support in internal coordination on seeds matters.

Qualifications
Across all roles, these are the general qualifications we look for. For this role specifically, you will have:
- Agricultural education background.
- Seed testing experience is desirable
- Basic data analysis skills
- Have passion to serve small holder farmers

Benefits
Interns will be provided with a reasonable stipend for the duration of their contract. Rural area based fellows will be provided assistance in locating suitable housing.
