JOB SUMMARY

To support the credit and compliance duties of the operations department by ensuring various roles are discharged in an efficient and timely manner. To support the functions of the department such as confirmation of information and documentation, giving feedback to branches and response to branch files, manage files in CTS and other compliance items.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Confirmation of information and documentation
  • Giving timely feedback to branch network in case of unmet sanction
  • Giving feedback to branches and response to branch files when conditions have been met.
  • Ensure timely disbursement of loans
  • Manage Files in CTS as guided in the operations policy
  • Ensure maximum compliance on all set policies, guidelines and provisions
  • Manage NTSA registration
  • Any other duties

KNOWLEDGE & EDUCATION

  • Diploma or degree in any Business-related course
  • At least 2 years’ experience in the role

SKILLS

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Computer skills and efficiency in Microsoft dynamics
  • Planning and analytical skills and ability to prioritize
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Self-driven and with high level of integrity and professionalism
  • Keen to detail and open to learning
