Hospital Manager

Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Hospital Manager to join our team, the Hospital Manager will provide leadership and operational oversight of the hospital to ensure availability and quality of services, operational efficiency, an excellent patient experience, and achievement of agreed business outcomes. The role is responsible for driving performance across clinical support, administration, and business functions while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and healthcare regulations. This position is currently open at our Hurlingham and Mombasa Branches.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in a health-related field or a business-related field such as Finance, Operations or Health Systems Management, Master’s degree in either Healthcare Management/ Public Health or Business Administration will added advantage.
• Demonstrated strong business acumen with a proactive, can-do attitude, the ability to deliver results through high-performing teams, and a high level of professionalism and integrity.
