The ICEA LION Graduate Management Trainee Program 2026 is an exciting 18-month rotational program designed to nurture the next generation of leaders in finance and insurance. Trainees gain hands-on experience across diverse departments including General Insurance, Life Assurance, Investments, Pensions, and Asset Management.

Program Overview

  • Holders of a Bachelor’s Degree with Second-Class Upper Division or higher.
