Impact Africa is inviting applications for the Graduate Trainee Programme 2026, a transformative 12-month journey that equips young professionals with the skills, mentorship, and hands-on experience to lead sustainable transformation across industries.
Now in its 4th cohort, this programme has already nurtured dozens of graduates who have gone on to drive impactful sustainability projects and take up full-time roles within Impact Africa Consulting Limited (IACL) and beyond.
At Impact Africa, the mission goes beyond consulting — it’s about empowering young professionals to build green skills for a green economy. Through structured learning, real-world assignments, and mentorship from industry leaders, participants gain the tools to thrive in sustainability and development sectors.
