The clinical instructor is responsible incorporating evidence-based practice into teaching activities at SONAM. The person is responsible for teaching in primarily clinical and laboratory settings (CIME) as well as classroom teaching at the School of Nursing & Midwifery (SONAM). Assists faculty in creating high quality clinical experiences for students as liaison between faculty, clinical sites and Center for Innovation in Medical Education (CIME) laboratory.

Research Assistant, Department of Paediatrics & Child Health

The Research Assistant will support the successful implementation and completion of the PhD research project titled “Addressing Diagnostic Challenges in Paediatric Rheumatology in Kenya.” The role will involve organizing logistics for focus group discussions (FGDs), assisting in report writing, minute-taking during project meetings, and coordinating all activities necessary for the project’s progress.

 The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research coordination, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
