The Assistant, Programmes is responsible for the smooth running of the project and general administrative functions of the FSD Africa Investment Pillars. Analyst, Investments
Reporting to the Associate, Investments, the Analyst, Investments will have a supportive role throughout the investment cycle for FSDAi. This will include gathering market intelligence and producing related analytical reports and presentations; working on financial models and investment analysis; coordinating meetings and engagement with the various stakeholders; producing meeting minutes and ensuring follow-up; and providing input into the investment papers and portfolio reports.
Manager, Investment
The Investment Manager is responsible for executing deals in line with financial and impact goals, managing a delegated portfolio of investments from sourcing and origination through to deal close and post-close. The role ensures that all investment activities are conducted in accordance with FSDAi’s policies, procedures, and guidelines, and that all investment decisions align with FSDAi’s risk appetite. This role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with investors, investees, and other stakeholders, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed of FSDAi’s activities and progress.
