IT Auditor
Job Purpose:
We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced IT Auditor to join our Internal Audit team. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity of our IT systems, processes, and controls, and in supporting the bank’s commitment to operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Execute internal audit assignments in line with the approved Audit Plan, ensuring compliance with GTBank policies, statutory requirements, and best practices.
- Lead audits related to Information Technology and the E-Business division, and support other audits as assigned.
- Prepare clear, well-structured, and error-free audit reports, highlighting control risks, consequences, and pragmatic recommendations.
- Ensure adoption of audit best practices through regular review of procedures, audit manuals, and templates.
- Conduct IT monitoring activities as outlined in the IT Audit Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform performance reviews of branches and support functions, providing constructive feedback upon review by the Head.
- Carry out weekly Service Level Agreement (SLA) reviews across all units and branches.
- Conduct surprise and regular process inspections to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Test for compliance with KYC/AML regulations, including the POCAMLA Act.
- Independently assess customer complaints related to refund requests to support management decision-making.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments such as user acceptance tests, investigations, and special reviews.
- Provide advisory support on IT controls for new products and services.
- Offer independent assurance on all strategic projects, identifying and mitigating project risks.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CISA, CPA, or equivalent are mandatory.
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience as an IT Auditor in a financial institution or a related field.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, regulatory frameworks, and IT governance.
- High level of computer literacy and proficiency in auditing tools and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, with minimal supervision.

System Tester
Job Purpose:
- We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Test Analyst to lead Quality Assurance (QA) activities for the Finacle Core Banking System transformation project. The successful candidate will define testing strategies, execute test cycles, ensure test coverage for all Finacle modules, and proactively manage system quality risks to guarantee a smooth migration and operational stability.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive Test Plans aligned to the Finacle Core Banking transformation roadmap.
- Define and document testing scope, test objectives, resource requirements, and environments across all Finacle modules (Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Payments, Channels, etc.).
- Create detailed test scenarios and test cases, ensuring full coverage of both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Regression Testing, and Performance Testing for all relevant modules.
- Execute both manual and automated test scripts, documenting test results meticulously.
- Log, track, and coordinate the resolution of defects using tools like JIRA, TestRail, or similar platforms.
- Proactively identify gaps, potential points of failure, data inconsistencies, and system vulnerabilities during testing cycles.
- Maintain clear traceability matrices linking test cases to business requirements, system specifications, and regulatory obligations.
- Work closely with Business Units, Technical Teams, and external vendors to coordinate and support all change testing efforts.
- Track and report testing progress, key risks, issues, and mitigation actions to Project Management and Senior Stakeholders.
- Support go-live readiness assessments, including dry runs, cutover testing, and post-implementation validation.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Finacle product functionalities and banking operational processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple testing streams under tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-driven, proactive, and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Familiarity with performance testing, security testing, and regulatory compliance testing is an added advantage.
