Property Advisor

Source and close sales leads to grow the business and achieve the expected sales targets of the HFDI project end to end and preparing daily sales reports for consideration by the Team Sales Leader. The property advisor will be expected to aid us grow our business in the real estate sector being sale of both residential and commercial plots.

Level 2 Support Officer

Senior Manager – Debt Management

The Senior Manager Debt Management, Retail, Commercial and SME is primarily responsible for:

  • Delivery of Recovery strategies to a portfolio of recovery customers experiencing financial distress.
  • Determining objectives, strategies and actions that need to be adopted to address business risk issues, reduce Bank’s risk and achieve recoveries and managed exit solutions so that the bank realizes maximum return in the shortest time possible.
  • Manage Customer Recovery accounts.
  • Act as a point of contact for Recovery names to discuss specific problems and recommend appropriate solutions and strategies to achieve the bank’s objectives.
