Finance Supervisor 

Title : Finance Supervisor

  • The job holder will be responsible for updating and maintaining our financial database and records, performing regular audits and account reconciliations, providing customer support ,Process bills, checks, receipts and other documents.
  • Ensure all documents are properly signed and distributed.Verifyfinancial and other data (e.g. tax identification numbers)Monitor financial transactions.
  • Enter data and maintain updated records.
  • Assist with account reconciliations.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Complete the approval of supplier payment Responsible for reviewing and recording daily operational expenses, supplier- payments, and employee reimbursements.
  • Track and manage accounts payable,ensure that payments are arranged reasonably And accurately within the payment period.
  • Regularly coordinate and conduct physical inventory of warehousestock,reconcile stock with financial records.
  • Prepare monthly andquarterly financial reports,and assist in trade marginanaly sis and cost control. 
  • Realize in managing foreign exchange transactions, international payments(TT,LC), And bank reconciliations.
  • It is necessary to be familiar with the tax law policies of Kenya,the logic of VAT withholdingandremittance,have a certain understanding of the company’s tax
  • compliance,be able to handle relevant declarations and assist in auditingwork. Support optimization of internal processes and ERP/financial systemsintegration. 

Expected Skills, Competencies & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in-accounting,Finance,or related field;
  • CPA/ACCA certification is preferred.
  • 5+years of accounting or finance experience,with at-least 2 years in international trade or logistics industry in a similar role
  • Solid understanding of international trade terms(e.g.TT,LC,Inco terms), and import/export document processes
  • Proficient in Excel and accounting software
  • Posses ability to work in an extremely high-pressure and high accountabilityenvironment.
  • Must have the Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
  • Must have Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures and Familiaritywithfinance regulations.
  • Good math skills
  • Organization skills, communication skills and the abilitytospot numerical errors.

Indoor Sales Representative (Furniture )

The job holder will be responsible for achieving sales volume and value targets, driving market share, activation of targeted accounts, trade and channel development as well as managing and servicing existing outlets while prospecting and developing new accounts with a focus on building long term customer relationships and increasing sales revenue.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Achieve set secondary sales targets (volume and value) by strictly adheringtoset
  • journey plans to deliver maximum distribution of our products at the retail end.
  • Ensure quality execution of the sales drivers, availability, affordability, accessibilityand activation.
  • Ensure distribution is achieved in assigned territory through achieving set customercall rate coverage targets, number of new outlets as well as expansion of portfolioavailability.
  • Ensure Up selling (value brands) and cross selling of portfolio as well as buildingstandard stock cover.
  • Achieve merchandising objectives as per set segment standards both in the coldandambient space. Identify, negotiate, plan and execute activation opportunities such as promotions andtastings with customer in line with the territory sales plan.
  • Pro-actively manage the cash and credit resources of the customer to drive growthour brands in terms of volume and value.
  • Monitor and manage company assets such as vehicles within our policies andprocedures to ensure optimal use.
  • Receive, follow up and resolve all customer queries and complaints in collaborationwith the customer service team in an efficient manner.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to the territory manager tofacilitateproper planning.
  • Gather market intelligence and communicate the same to management so as enhancebusiness performance.

Expected Skills, Competencies & Qualifications

  • They must have a minimum degree in Sales & Marketing – strictly sales andmarketing – from a reputable institution.
  • Should have a minimum of 1 years experience, preferably handling Furniture.
  • Posses ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
  • Be proficient in customer relationship management.
  • Posses ability to work in an extremely high-pressure high accountability environment.
  • Have a demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence crediblyandeffectively to costumers.
