GRANTS MANAGER, CSI PROJECT

The Grants and Shared Value Manager is responsible for the design, implementation, and oversight of the KCB Foundation’s CSI grants’ portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Manager for Partnerships, the role manages the end-to-end grant lifecycle- from outreach and selection to monitoring and impact reporting, ensuring alignment with the Foundation’s mission and the KCB Group’s inclusive finance objectives. The Manager also leads fundraising for the CSI grant portfolio and supports integration of shared value across philanthropy and enterprise initiatives.

ASSISTANT MANAGER, DIGITAL SOLUTIONS & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

Reporting to the Digital Solutions and Customer Experience Manager, the role holder is responsible for leading the development and improvement of digital insurance products as well as represent the business in the Bancassurance scrum in delivery of ICT projects. He/she will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer expectations and business objectives. This role requires a deep understanding of insurance products, Agile methodologies, and customer needs, along with strong communication and leadership skills. LEGAL COUNSEL SECURITIES

INTEGRATION SPECIALIST

The integrations specialist works with and manages the bank’s integration components, ensuring the smooth and efficient exchange of data between systems and the delivery of high-quality integration services. The job holder will be required to have extensive experience in various integration services and technologies with emphasis on emerging and modern integration services. The person is responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions. Business Analysts work with domain experts to solicit and identify business requirements and address usability concerns, and document solutions.
