As the Events administrator you will be responsible for preparation and distribution of material and correspondence relating to the successful operation of the Department such as contracts, proposals and banquet event orders (BEO). Must have a keen eye for detail, an organised approach and a willingness to exceed guest expectations. S/he will also act as the department’s liaison with the guests in the absence of Events Sales Managers Office.
