Credit Admin Officer – (Logbook and Dispatch)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Confirm account status after loan clearance and educate clients on logbook release processes.
- Respond to emails and receive calls escalated concerning logbooks.
- Verify logbook status and provide customer guidance.
- Followup on cases requiring NTSA and ICT intervention.
- Execute ownership transfer and discharge for clients who have cleared their loans.
- Ensuring all company vehicles are booked on the NTSA platform.
- Oversee the dispatch of logbooks to customers.
- Maintain an updated logbook register for dispatched logbooks.

What you will do:
MAIN TASKS:
- Conducting regular call audits & documenting call findings, to include positive performance & areas of improvement.
- Prepare detailed reports of call evaluations including performance metrics, trends, and actionable feedback.
- Provide regular updates to the HOD & Call Centre Supervisor on agent performance, highlighting recurring issues or patterns.
- Provide feedback and coaching to agents based on call evaluations, focusing on improving performance and customer interactions.
- Work with team leads and supervisors to identify training needs and areas for development.
