Junior Data Analyst

About the Role
As a Junior Data Analyst, you will transform hospital data into actionable insights that support better decision-making across clinical and operational departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze data from hospital systems
- Build dashboards and reports for clinical & operational teams
- Identify trends to improve patient care and service delivery
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in data analysis (healthcare experience is an added advantage)
- Strong SQL skills plus at least one tool: Python, R, or Excel
- Experience with dashboard tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Understanding of healthcare systems and performance indicators
