KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in coordinating daily operations to improve efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports using Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables).
- Prepare professional documents (Word), presentations (PowerPoint), and manage communications (Outlook).
- Support inventory management, logistics tracking, and vendor coordination.
- Help implement process improvements and administrative best practices.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
