In this role, you will work closely with the Chief of Staff, gaining hands-on experience across multiple business functions, including procurement, retail, construction, and regenerative agriculture. This is a two-year development program, designed to fast-track your career.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Project Management & Strategic Execution:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking progress on key company initiatives.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of strategic projects.
• Conduct research and provide insights to improve project efficiency and outcomes.

Data Analysis & Insights Generation:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Develop actionable insights that drive business improvements and decision-making.
• Present findings in a structured manner to support various departments.

Executive-Level Presentation & Reporting:

• Create compelling presentations, reports, and dashboards to communicate key findings.
• Summarize complex data and strategies into clear, concise visuals for senior leadership.
• Support in preparing materials for high-level meetings and strategic discussions.

Skills and qualifications:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Project Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in project management, business analysis, or data analytics is a plus.

Technical & Analytical Skills:

• Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Basic understanding of project management principles and tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Jira).
• Ability to conduct research, interpret data, and generate actionable insights.

Communication & Presentation:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create clear, visually appealing presentations and reports using PowerPoint, Google Slides, or similar tools.
• Confidence in summarizing complex data for executive decision-making
