Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Account Management: Manage and expand relationships with existing key accounts, proactively identifying new business opportunities while ensuring key accounts meet strong operational KPIs. Own the partner’s P&L and be responsible for its profitability and growth.
- Campaign Performance: Ensure all campaign processes are in place and proactively work to improve overall monthly performance.
- Account Planning: Develop account plans to increase volumes and improve key accounts profitability.
- Reporting: Prepare and present monthly reports to all key accounts, providing consultancy about what can be improved and implemented for further growth.
- Contract Negotiation: Renegotiate contract terms, including commission rates and campaign plans, with key accounts regularly.
- Marketing Activities: Negotiate and implement activities through marketing with the partners ( banners, communications, etc.)
About you:
- Minimum 3 years in account management, business consultancy, business development, or similar roles with a focus on the restaurant industry.
- Ability to interpret and present data to generate insights and support decision-making.
- Proven track record of achieving critical metrics and revenue targets.
- Strong capability in leading & prioritizing tasks and projects, managing resources, and time efficiently. Highly organized and open to working in a dynamic environment and adapt easily to change
- Be an owner and proactively find solutions to business problems.
- Excellent communication & written skills in English.
