Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drivelongterm business growth.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand business with existingandnewclients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences toinformstrategic decisions.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms to achieve profitability targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, production, andfinance) toensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve client issues promptly.
- Ensure timely payments to vendors and collections from customers.
Expected Skills, Competencies & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience in key account management, preferably in FMCG or fast-moving products.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- A results-oriented individual with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
