The holder will be responsible for shaping and guiding the core banking systems across retail, corporate, investment banking and insurance operations. The role ensures that core banking applications and their supporting ecosystems align with business objectives, industry best practices and emerging technologies to deliver scalable, resilient and high-performing banking solutions. The holder of the role will be responsible for defining and implementing the infrastructure and cloud architecture strategy in a dynamic environment. The Domain Architect will focus on shaping the Architecture and the Bank’s technology landscape, ensuring that the Infrastructure and Cloud solutions are robust, aligned with business objectives, secure, and capable of supporting the Bank’s growth and innovation initiatives. CYBERSECURITY SPECIALIST, IDENTITY & ACCESS MANAGEMENT

The Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist acts as the Subject Matter Expert in identity and privileged access management for KCB Group, and helps to design, implement, test and maintain identity/privileged access management solutions for the Bank. The individual is responsible for the continued development of IAM standards, practices, toolsets and roadmap. The IAM security specialist would be the advocate for segregation of duties, principles of least privilege, role-based access control and just-in-time access control across the group.

Reporting to the Head, Cash Management, the position will be responsible for driving Non- Funded Income (NFI), collection (liabilities) and payment solutions to deepen business volumes. In addition, the position will be required to deliver value chain by selling the Bank’s products to deepen the liabilities of the bank working in collaboration with the Relationship managers.

The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to proactively identify risks, mitigate operational disruptions, and ensure the continuity of critical business functions during times of crisis. This role also entails training staff and embedding resilience strategies within the first line of defense to effectively manage risk and maintain operational stability across the bank.
