Job Description
This role supports Clearance and Brokerage Operations across brokerage administrative services, clearance customer service, cage handling, export controls, inbound and outbound clearance administration, and general customer service activities. The position requires adherence to defined processes and procedures to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
The role holder is responsible for ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all relevant internal and external standards. Anomalies are identified as they arise and resolved using established rules and procedures, with complex issues escalated to senior team members when required.
