MAINTENANCE CASUAL

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Maintenance Casual to join our team.m
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine maintenance, repairs and installations across guest rooms and common areas.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
- Perform preventive checks on electrical fittings, plumbing, appliances and general fixtures.
- Support the housekeeping and operations team with technical maintenance needs.
- Ensure safety standards and cleanliness of all work areas.
- Report damages, faults and required materials to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Basic technical skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry or general repair work.
- At least 2 years experience as a Maintenance Technician.
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Punctual, reliable and able to follow safety procedures.
- Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays.
