Introduction to Aspire Future Leaders Programme
Aspire Future Leaders Programme is a fast-track eighteen months job rotation, which serves as a catalyst for career development. It is designed to offer core professional skills through project-based learning, mentorship and exposure to processes and systems.
The components of the programme have been weaved together such that our trainees emerge with valuable insights, the ‘know-how’ to deliver, and confidence to make meaningful decisions pertaining to their future careers.
The programme includes global exposure, mentorship, leadership networking opportunities and customized learning and development opportunities.
We invite applicants from Kenya and Uganda to join this exciting program, offering a clear career pathway for growth and development.
Responsibilities
The rotation programme will help to gain functional expertise. They will be working on assigned projects in their departments of rotation. These may include:
- Reviewing global HR processes and systems to identify business needs for developing and managing human capital.
- Facilitating executive search by conducting market research, talent mapping and industry analysis to identify potential candidates.
- Learning data analytics strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality to leverage past trends and behaviors for making better future decisions.
- Managing global engagements by onboarding and orienting incoming international interns, coordinating their onsite experience, supporting their professional development curriculum, managing social media channels, and maintaining programme databases and reports.
Requirements
- Eligible students must have recently completed Bachelor’s degree, preferably ongoing Master programme
- Applicants must demonstrate strong academic performance.
- Applicants must be residing or have permission to work in the country of application
