Manager – People & Culture

Location: Nairobi, Kenya

CMMB Kenya is seeking a strategic and experienced HR professional to oversee our People & Culture function. If you’re passionate about driving organizational growth through talent management, performance management, and HR leadership, this opportunity is for you!

Key Qualifications:

  • University degree in Human Resource Management (Master’s degree is an added advantage)
  • Professional HR certification is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of experience influencing and working with managers at all levels
  • Experience in NGO sector and managing teams across multiple locations
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR best practices, and HR systems
  • Excellent listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience with NetSuite HR modules is an added advantage
