Marketing Assistant (Digital)
The Marketing Assistant (Digital) will support the Marketing Manager in executing Geminia Life’s marketing agenda in line with the Company’s Strategic Plan. The role will focus on implementing initiatives across digital and online platforms, while integrating with offline channels to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning & Standards:
- Support the development and execution of strategies aligned to the role, including digital, content, and media strategies.
- Apply data-driven insights to recommend and optimize campaign budgets.
- Ensure timely and effective delivery of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal stakeholders and online audiences.
Reports and insights:
- Generate insights and reports to guide the Company in selecting the most effective and cost-efficient digital marketing strategies.
- Maintain accurate records, logs, reports, and analyses for Geminia Life’s digital platforms, audiences, leads, and customers.
- Interpret social media analytics to generate insights that enhance customer intimacy, inform product improvements, and support overall business growth.
Platforms management, content creation and deployment
- Champion the desired Geminia Life brand voice and image both online and offline
- Source for relevant and impactful content for Geminia Life’s digital channels to keep the community of fans and followers engaged and excited about the brand
- Develop and implement a content calendar for the content to be posted on designated social media channels
- Champion customer and user experience on Geminia Life’s digital channels
- Manage social media interactions and ensure responses are delivered within approved turnaround times.
- Nurture and convert leads generated from marketing channels into prospects and customers.
- Support email marketing initiatives through the CRM portal, including creating and tracking links for campaign analysis and lead generation.
- Execute approved digital, online, and social media campaigns in line with brand guidelines.
- Update and maintain content on the Company website to ensure relevance and accuracy.
Relationships & Support
- Provide online and offline marketing support for corporate/staff initiatives and events
- Partner with other departments to ensure proper digital/online/social media messaging and relevance
- Manage relationship between Geminia Life Insurance and any assigned marketing partners
- Support online customers as the first point of contact in liaison with the Operations Department
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including processing supplier payments, coordinating meetings and setting up for company events and activation sites.
Education & Experience
- Bachelors’ Degree in Marketing, Communications, or any other related field
- 2 years’ experience in social media strategy, content development, digital media buying and community management.
