Medium SME Relationship Manager
Responsibility Summary:
- Build and manage strong relationship with Medium SME clients.
- Ensure customer acquisition, retention and income generation from sales.
- Spear-head. growth in assets, liabilities, trade finance and cash management products.
- Manage and achieve profitability and productivity ratios for the SME portfolio.
Academic & Professional Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, or related field, (MBA) is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of general banking experience with at least 3 years in SME relationship Management.
- Experience in credit analysis and administration, relationship management, trade finance.
- Strong knowledge of local banking industry, banking products, banking services and banking regulations.
Skills/Experience Required
- Ability to lead a team and provide strategic oversight.
- Ability to work in diverse environments and with different cultures.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Sound financial management skills and proficiency in analyzing financial data. •Effective communication and presentation skills both verbal and written.
- High integrity, professionalism, results driven and proactive approach.
