Job Grade:Terms Of Service:
Under Section 75 (3) of the Public Private Partnership Act 2021, the term of office for the Members shall be three (3) years and may be eligible for re-appointment for one further term.Remuneration:
The remuneration and allowances of the Members of the Petition Committee shall be paid at rates determined by the Judicial Service Commission in consultation with the Salaries and Remuneration Commission.
Job Requirements: Academic and Professional Qualifications:
- Hold a bachelor’s degree from a university recognized in Kenya in any of the following disciplines: Finance, Economics, Law, Engineering and Project Management.
- Have at least ten (10) years of experience in matters relating to the discipline referred to under item (i) above
- Qualification and experience in alternative dispute resolution will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge and experience in Public Private Partnership transactions.
- Be of high moral character, integrity and impartiality.
- Meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution on leadership and integrity.
