Operations Intern

Airflo Limited is seeking motivated interns who are starting off and are in pursuit of career growth. You will learn the responsibilities of a professional in your respective function under the supervision of our more senior employees.

Description

• Export shipment acceptance box counts, weight measures, and arrival temperature recording.
• Intake reports generation and communication to clients.
• Reports any irregularity with shipments on arrival to the supervisor.
• Check on airline equipment’s inventory and report on the non-supplies and irregularities.
• Follows instructions on pelletizing shipments per booked flights.
• Labeling of boxes before palletization as per instructions given.
• Accurate pallet-card reports generation as per shipment build-ups.
• Generate correct daily warehouse inventory reports.
• Pallets label application.

Requirements

• Undergraduate Degree in Operations managements/Commercial Courses and Aviation Courses.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft® Office Software (Excel®, Word®, PowerPoint®  and others).
• High Integrity, confidentiality and business Ethics standards.
• Ability to diagnose and solve problems.
• A team player with the ability to work well in a large dynamic Operations team.
• Self-motivated, confident, creative, disciplined with attention to detail.
• Ability to cope with stressful situations.
• Solid communication skills.
